Kitchen and bath renovations (as long as existing plumbing and electrical locations remain).

Trim and decorative work.

Any demo associated with the above work.

Decks under 200 square feet and less than 30” tall (permitting may be required).

Fences.

Patios under 300 square feet.

Demolish or relocate existing walls.

Relocate any existing plumbing or electrical (this work must be performed by licensed plumbers and electricians).

Install hard wood flooring and carpeting.

Standalone drywall jobs (I can do drywall work as part of a larger renovation).
